The logo
We looked at a couple of different concepts, agreeing on exploring the idea of using shapes loosely based on an L and M as Laura’s initials and a signature mark. The shapes also form an image of leaves and a flower, something that suited Laura’s love for plants, calm, and the idea of growth and nature that underpins her values as a person and in her business.
Colours and type
We chose an earthy palette of natural soft colours, accompanied by a combination of typefaces with open, rounded counters, and soft rounded edges; safe for baby and mums alike.
The colours work together as a suite and can be split into three distinct colour-ways for Laura to be able to colour-code different sections of her business as she develops her services going forward.
